We were created with a clear purpose: to offer travelers a peaceful, comfortable space surrounded by nature, where they can rest without interruptions and enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the city.

At Green Apartment, we believe sustainability is an essential part of the experience. We have our own seasonal crops, a composting area, and responsible practices that allow our guests to connect with a real and conscious natural environment.

Is Green Apartment pet-friendly?

Yes. We welcome pets for an additional fee and under our house guidelines to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the property. Pets must be supervised at all times, and guests are asked to inform us in advance about their pet when making the reservation.

Do you offer parking and how does it work?

Yes. We offer free parking located in front of the studio apartments for greater convenience. The space is open and easily accessible, ideal for private vehicles, motorcycles, and travelers arriving by road.

How close are you to the airport?

We are located very close to Palonegro International Airport, approximately 5 minutes by car or about 3 km away. This makes us an excellent option for travelers looking for comfort and quick transfers.

What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in must be coordinated at least 2 days in advance. Arrival must take place before 10:00 p.m., and a payment of 50% of the total reservation must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to guarantee the booking. Check-out is before 1:00 p.m. on the day of departure. These schedules allow us to properly organize cleaning and ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

Can guests use the crops to prepare food?

Yes. We have seasonal crops (such as plantain, bell pepper, and cassava) that guests may use responsibly. Access should be done carefully to protect the crops and maintain the accommodation’s sustainability practices.

What services are included in each studio apartment?

All studio apartments include electricity, water, Wi-Fi, TV with national channels, a closet, a clothes rack, and a full-length mirror.

Air conditioning: available in El Bosque (floor unit) and El Jardín (ceiling unit).
Fan: available in all three studio apartments.
Kitchen or coffee area: varies depending on the studio apartment and its internal layout.
